Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adan Hunt (ranked 5289 p4p, 5157 weight class) and Boo Boo (ranked 495 p4p, 488 weight class). Adan Hunt had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Retsu misses.
Hooper throws out a counter right but Retsu avoids it with no problem.
Retsu walks into a straight right hand from Hooper.
Retsu takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Retsu shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Eishuu Retsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hooper takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Retsu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Jones is staying active underneath Joki, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Joki might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jones haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Joki is pressing down on Jones's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jones is holding on for now.
