The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Otto fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Campos, pushing him back against the ropes.
Campos is trying to break the clinch but Otto is controlling him.
Campos blocks a body shot from Otto.
Otto pushes off an throws an elbow but Campos leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
Campos tries to break the clinch but Otto is controlling the position.
Otto wants to break the clinch but can't.
Otto misses with a hook to the ribs.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Otto looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Otto takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Campos scores with a big combo that sends Otto crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Otto flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Campos jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.

Peterson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Peterson walks into a stiff left hand from Ciechosz.
Ciechosz uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Peterson.
Ciechosz knocks out Peterson with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Ciechosz before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Ciechosz picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bogdan Ciechosz!
After winning the bout, Bogdan Ciechosz thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Silva misses with a hook. Tani ducked under it nicely.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tani takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Silva definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Silva lands a nice shot that snaps Tani's head back.
Silva throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
It seemed like Tani was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Tani lands the left hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Silva. Tani does a little dance to reset his feet.

letting Tani counter with a right hand.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tani tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Sonny Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Tani counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Silva is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Tani is looking to clinch.
Tani works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Tani gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Silva scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Hayato Tani has been cut.
Tani lands a jab to the head.
Silva is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
