The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcintyre has closed the distance and engaged Bitok in a clinch.

Mcintyre is trying to trip Bitok. He has hold of a leg but Bitok is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mcintyre persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Mcintyre has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bitok can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
