The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shipley throws out a powerful jab. Free missing with a left hand there. Shipley was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Shipley lands a nice looking body shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice inside leg kick there by Garfield. That's going to slow Dickson down. Garfield throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Garfield moves into the clinch. Garfield taking a breather. Dickson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dickson is trying to break free. Dickson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Garfield after a bit of a struggle. Garfield has Dickson pressed against the cage, preventing Dickson from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Garfield lands a takedown into guard.
Garfield has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Dickson wants to stand and escape but Garfield is having none of it. Dickson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King lands with a slapping head kick. Knight misses with a takedown attempt and King counters with a nice uppercut. Knight throws a combination that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Knight takes a head kick and keeps coming.
King fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Knight. Knight misses with a hook. King ducked under it nicely. King slips a straight right by Knight. Knight misses with a combination

Knight throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Knight doesn't manage to clinch there - King circles away.
Knight throws a series of punches but King moves out of range. King looks to land a combination but Knight avoids it well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! King works the jab nicely. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from King. Knight shrugs it off though. King definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Knight looks winded! Knight tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault. King appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Knight pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. King scores with a sloppy right hand. Knight should have avoided that one. King throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Knight. A thudding body kick lands there by King!
Knight stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King. That kick from King tenderised Knight's leg. Knight is trying to keep his angry face on. A solid body kick from King. Knight looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Knight throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Knight misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from King.
King lands with a right hand. Knight is rocked! Knight stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King. Knight is still on wobbly legs! Can King finish him? A chopping leg kick lands by King. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. King lands a brutal head kick. Korpi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Korpi pushes Snyder away with a front kick. Korpi lands with a cross. Snyder takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Korpi throws a head kick that Snyder semi-blocks.
Snyder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Korpi moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Korpi quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Korpi is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Korpi moves into range and clinches up with Snyder. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A short right from Korpi on the inside. Korpi scores with a hook to the body. Snyder looks winded! Nice body punch from Korpi - that landed with a thud.
Korpi lands on the inside with an uppercut. Korpi lands with a short head shot on the inside. Korpi is working Snyder over against the cage.

Snyder is trying to push Korpi away but Korpi has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Korpi lands with a light punch inside. Korpi scores with a shoulder strike. Korpi working some nice short punches in the clinch. Korpi lands a left hand.

Still in the clinch, Korpi scores with a nice short uppercut. Snyder's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Korpi scores with a nice hook to the head. Korpi gets through Snyder's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Snyder is rocked! Korpi lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Snyder. Korpi presses Snyder against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Korpi pushes Snyder back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Snyder is still on wobbly legs! Can Korpi finish him? Korpi lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Korpi lands with a light punch inside. Korpi dips a shoulder and cracks Snyder with a mighty uppercut! Snyder falls back against the cage and Korpi unloads with a barrage of strikes! Snyder is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Korpi screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones misses with an uppercut. Lynch uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jones. Lynch swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Lynch pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Donk. Jones catches Lynch right on the button with a cross. Jones has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Jones avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lynch throwing a counter right hand but Jones manages to avoid it. Lynch moves out of range as Jones strikes. Lynch is looking to counter punch.

Jones drives through and clinches with Lynch against the cage.
