Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kenji Yamazaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kron Diego! The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamazaki lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Yamazaki lands a nice shot to the body.
Yamazaki swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Yamazaki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Diego.
Diego defending well as Yamazaki loads up on a big left hand. Yamazaki with a jab. It looks like Kron Diego has been cut. Diego misses with a series of wild punches.
Yamazaki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A telegraphed right hand from Yamazaki misses the target. Yamazaki keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Nice defenses there by Diego. Yamazaki throws the left hand but Diego avoids the punch easily. Diego throws a jab when Yamazaki was well out of range. Yamazaki was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Yamazaki takes a swing at Diego's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diego slips under a jab. Yamazaki throws a jab when Diego was well out of range. Diego throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yamazaki went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Yamazaki takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Diego scores with a nice right hand.
It looks like Kenji Yamazaki has been cut. Yamazaki lands with a nice body punch. No joy there for Diego, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Yamazaki misses with a hook. Diego misses with a double jab.
Yamazaki is looking for a counter combo. Yamazaki throws out a loose jab but Diego uses good head movement to avoid it. Diego throws a jab when Yamazaki was well out of range. Diego misses with a two punch combination.
Kron Diego seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diego defending well as Yamazaki loads up on a big left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diego clinches. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yamazaki lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Diego or not. Yamazaki misses with a hook from the clinch. Diego misses with a hook to the ribs.
Yamazaki lands a body punch in the clinch. Diego tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Yamazaki lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Diego scores with a nice hook to the head. Yamazaki lands with a right to the head. Diego misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Diego lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Yamazaki tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Diego avoids it. Diego lands a hook that snaps the head of Yamazaki backwards. Diego lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Yamazaki backwards. Yamazaki is rocked! Diego pushes Yamazaki against the cage. Diego is working some dirty boxing. Diego pushes off with a quick right hook! Yamazaki goes down! Yamazaki tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Diego moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kron Diego! Kron Diego gave a mention to PWNAGEâ„¢ in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
