Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Biff Bagwell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Jones!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagwell throws a body shot but no joy.
Jones fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bagwell looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jones lands with a cross.
Nice uppercut there from Jones.
Jones tries for a takedown but Bagwell circles away easily
and Bagwell makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jones really felt that one!
Jason Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bagwell misses with a body shot.
Jones scores with a jab to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bagwell fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bagwell moves out of range of the strikes.
Jones scores with a hook to the body. Bagwell takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bagwell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bagwell moves away.
It looked like Bagwell was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jones.
Bagwell looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jones lands a slapping body shot.
Bagwell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab.
Jones tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bagwell was well out of range. Poor timing from Jones.
Jones scores with a jab.
Jones connects with a crisp jab.
Horrible takedown attempt by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Bagwell, which made it look bad.
Jones misses with a hook to the body
and Bagwell counters with a head kick that drops Jones to the mat! Jones scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
 Jones is rocked!
Jones smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jones connects with a single shot there.
Bagwell uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jones.
Bagwell takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jones swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Bagwell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jones looks to land a left hand but Bagwell moved out of range nicely.
Bagwell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab.
Bagwell throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jones throws a counter combo.
Jones scores with a nice right hand.
Jones throws a big shot that misses.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bagwell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Bagwell gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Bagwell looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
 Bagwell is rocked!
Nice defenses there by Jones.
Jones drops Bagwell with a naaaaasty hook - Bagwell is in real trouble here! Jones dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Jones!
After the fight, Jason Jones was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
