The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheik throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sheik shoots for a takedown but Chaka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Chaka tries to counter with a takedown but Sheik is quick to defend against it.
Chaka misses with the combination.
Chaka circles away from the clinch attempt
and Chaka counters with a shoot takedown. Sheik fights it but they end up in guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Chaka's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Sheik has an active guard here but Chaka has managed to pass into half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
