Sawyer throws a combination. Tanaka tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Tanaka is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Sawyer's half guard.
Sawyer has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Tanaka is on him like a limpet, forcing Sawyer back against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
