Malat shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Malat moves in looking to clinch but Kang pushes him off.
Kang is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Malat.

Kang takes the fight into the clinch.
Malat tries to pull guard but Kang holds him up against the cage and eventually Malat drops back down to his feet.

Kang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Drik shoots for a takedown but Andracias saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todd shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Meesh as he jumps to the side.
Meesh lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Todd backs up against the cage.
It looks like Tom Todd has been cut.
A shot to the body from Todd misses
and Meesh counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Todd! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Meesh!

Figueroa does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Notts fails with the takedown.

Figueroa clinches up with Notts and pushes him back against the cage.
Figueroa looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Notts blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Notts managing to block the knees to the body from Figueroa.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Notts seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Figueroa is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
