Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Khabib Mebab!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mebab wants to clinch up but Gable keeps it at a distance.
Gable looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mebab is fending him off so far but Gable persists. Nope, Mebab circles away and we're back to standing.

Mebab shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gable but Gable pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Dan Gable has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Khabib Mebab.

Gable has picked Mebab up - he's going for a ride! Gable dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Still in half guard, Gable seems content to control.
Gable is nestled in close to Mebab, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Gable is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mebab is just riding it out for now. Gable eventually gives up the hold.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gable is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mebab doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gable.
Gable has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
