Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tor Nansen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Percy Prime! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Prime. Nansen ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Prime with a body punch. A glancing blow. Prime lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Percy Prime seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nansen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Prime lands a nice shot to the body.
Prime throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Prime lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Prime, right into the meat.
Prime throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Prime chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Prime throws a head kick but Nansen moves out of range.
Nansen throws a leg kick but Prime sees it coming and checks it nicely. Prime throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Nansen steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Prime. That one must have hurt. Nansen moves in looking to clinch but Prime pushes him off. Prime lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Nansen looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Prime.
Nansen lands with an uppercut that bounces Prime off the cage and back into rage. Prime is looking to slow Nansen down with leg kicks. Prime looks to land a left hand but Nansen moved out of range nicely. Prime swats away the attempt to clinch by Nansen.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prime tests Nansen's chin there with a solid looking shot. Prime lands with a hook. Nansen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Nansen tries to close the distance and clinch but Prime swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nansen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Nansen misses with a left hand and Prime counters with a left and a right that stings Nansen. Prime throws a combination. Nansen tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Prime cracks Nansen with a good jab. Prime staying out of range there. Nansen misses with a left hand and Prime counters with a good, hard body kick but Nansen shrugs it off. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nansen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Nansen wants to clinch but Prime slips to the side and Prime counters with a body kick that stops Nansen in his tracks momentarily. Nansen takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Prime throws a head kick that Nansen semi-blocks.
Percy Prime is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A combination from Nansen does no damage. Prime throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Prime. Prime looks to land a right hand but Nansen moved out of range. Prime lands an overhand right. Nansen misses with a looping left. Nansen looks to score with a jab to the body but Prime is just out of range. Prime lands a right hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nansen is looking to clinch but Prime is avoiding it.
Nansen clinches but Prime breaks the clinch and Prime counters with a nice body kick.
Nansen is breathing heavily. Nansen shoots in for a double leg but Prime sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Prime feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nansen's calf. Prime misses with a looping right. Prime scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Nice cross by Prime. Prime lands a nice shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Prime thows a body shot but no joy. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nansen moves out of range as Prime strikes. Prime lands with an overhand left. Prime pushes Nansen away with a front kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Percy Prime dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nansen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Nansen checks a low kick from Prime. Nansen misses the body punch and Prime counters with a nice uppercut. Nansen throws a quick inside leg kick. Nansen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Nansen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Prime tries to lock up and control but Nansen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Prime is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Prime is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prime really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Despite being in the dominant position, Percy Prime just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Prime scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nansen misses with a double jab
and Prime counters with a big head kick but Nansen shrugs it off. Prime pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A punch combination from Prime misses. Prime tests Nansen's chin there with a solid looking shot. A slapping leg kick lands for Prime.
Prime throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Prime shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Some wild striking there from Prime.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nansen has taken the fight to the clinch.

Prime lands with a hook. Nansen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Prime ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nansen moves away. Prime misses with a two punch combination.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Prime. Nansen misses with a straight left. Prime lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Prime lands with a hook. Nansen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Nansen has a takedown stuffed. Nansen misses with a looping right. Nansen avoids the head kick by Prime.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nansen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Nansen is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Prime misses with a body shot
and Nansen counters with a nice double leg into guard. Prime lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Nansen! Nansen tries to hold on but Prime pushes him away. Nansen is looking to improve his position but Prime isn't that keen on the idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nansen is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Prime trying to control but he's not successful this time. Nansen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Prime can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nansen is looking to escape. Prime is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nansen slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Prime tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Prime wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nansen keeps working. Nansen trying to control from the bottom.
Nansen is not content to let Prime control the position. Nansen moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Nansen throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nansen tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Tor Nansen will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Prime throws a hook to the side of Nansen's head but Nansen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Prime dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Prime looks to score with a jab to the body but Nansen is just out of range. A head kick by Nansen misses and Prime counters with a straight right hand. Nansen throws a nice looking combination but Prime bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nansen lands a really nice looking cross but Prime seems unphased.

and Nansen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nansen will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Nansen blocks a head kick by Prime.
Nansen darts in trying to clinch and Prime counters with a good low kick that Nansen was not able to check. Nansen wants to clinch up but Prime keeps it at a distance. Nansen needs to keep his hands up - Prime had a free shot at his head there.

and Nansen counters by clinching up. Prime has had enough of the clinch but Nansen keeps him there for the moment. Prime breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Nansen throws a leg kick that is checked and Prime counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nansen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Prime's guard. Nansen slips nicely into half guard. Prime takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Prime flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nansen stalling away here and it's allowed Prime to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Prime keeping moving, preventing Nansen from controlling successfully. Nansen missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Nansen sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Prime's guard. Nansen is tying to control. Prime wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Prime can do anything to dispel that myth. Prime is trying to stand back up but Nansen is controlling him
Nansen is trying to control the action in half guard but Prime is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Prime is trying to stand up here but Nansen is controlling him well. Nansen not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nansen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Prime tries to hold on but Nansen pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nansen lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Prime hang on? Prime is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Nansen sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Prime can't escape the position.
Nansen goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Prime is on top in guard.
Nansen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Prime cracks Nansen with a solid left hand. Prime won't allow Nansen to sweep him here. Prime trying to control but Nansen is working from the bottom. Prime preventing the sweep. Prime loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Prime is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Nansen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Prime has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Nansen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Prime is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Nansen pulls down on the head and he's put Prime to sleep! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Souza thows a left - swing and a miss! Souza closes the distance and clinches up with Argentum Jr, looking for a takedown. Souza pushes Argentum Jr against the cage but Argentum Jr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Argentum Jr lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Argentum Jr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Souza fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Souza on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Argentum Jr. Argentum Jr obviously looking to wear him down.
Souza looks to land a combination but Argentum Jr avoids it well. Souza throws a lazy right hand but Argentum Jr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Souza getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Argentum Jr throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Souza. The fight moves into the clinch position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Seeland checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Seeland shoots for a takedown but Jenkins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jenkins is looking to clinch but Seeland is avoiding it.
Seeland shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jenkins as he avoids it easily. Jenkins tries to land a leg kick but Seeland saw it coming and moves away.
Leroy Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Seeland looks for a takedown but Jenkins sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremy Seeland. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jenkins lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Draxx has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Draxx fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Meningitis, pushing him back against the cage. Draxx breaks the clinch.
Meningitis shoots in looking for a takedown. Draxx tries to sprawl out of it but Meningitis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Draxx manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Meningitis dodges the punch combination from Draxx.

Meningitis looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Vladislav Draxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tuberculo Meningitis. Horrible takedown by Meningitis or perhaps it was just good defense by Draxx which made him look bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Meningitis darts in trying to clinch and Draxx counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Meningitis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Draxx holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Draxx misses with a knee strike.

Meningitis is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Draxx pulls him back up using the underhooks. Meningitis tries to score a body lock takedown but Draxx shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Draxx leaning against his opponent.

Vladislav Draxx dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Meningitis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Draxx to counter with a crisp jab. Meningitis drives through with a takedown into guard. Meningitis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Draxx looking for a sweep. Not yet Draxx, not yet. Meningitis passes easily into side control. Nice work. Meningitis tries to move into full mount but can't pass Draxx's legs. Draxx is trying to get back to his feet. Meningitis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. I wouldn't like to be where Draxx is right now. Meningitis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Draxx knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Draxx manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Meningitis looking for submissions off his back. Meningitis is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Draxx's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Draxx's back! Draxx is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Meningitis gets his way!
Meningitis working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Tuberculo Meningitis has got the better of the ground game so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Draxx is trying to defend against the choke here but Meningitis has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Meningitis Tightens the hold and Draxx taps out furiously! Meningitis displays superior BJJ to win the fight.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Rodey! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Rodey. Rodey on the wrong end of a nice hook. Lao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rodey moves away. Rodey moves out of range as Lao strikes. No luck for Lao with that takedown attempt. Lao connects with a good right hand that stumbles Rodey. Rodey circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Lao decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Lao looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Rodey wants to improve his position but Lao is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lao is looking for a kimura but Rodey is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lao to get the leverage. Rodey is looking to control Lao's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rodey avoid being mounted? We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rodey can do anything to dispel that myth. Lao is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Rodey is trying to maintain the position but Lao is very close to passing his half guard. Rodey wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Lao misses with a body shot.
Rodey throws a sloppy head kick and Lao moves out of range easily. Lao bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Rodey is trying to get back to half guard. Rodey wants to control but Lao postures up. Rodey is not content to let Lao control the position. Lao passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Rodey! Rodey is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rodey avoids a series of strikes thrown by Lao.
Lao working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Lao sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lao punching from mount but Rodey doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Lao avoids the attempt from Rodey to control. Lao looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rodey is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lao swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rodey is now in Lao's guard. A big mistake from Lao there, giving up the dominant position! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rodey tries to pass to full mount but Lao defends it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lao looking for submissions off his back. Lao actively working from the bottom here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rodey is pressing down on Lao's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lao is holding on for now. Rodey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lao. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rodey drops Lao with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Lao! Rodey dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
