With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nurbek Daniarov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kuba Nowak! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daniarov throws a right hand that misses
and Nowak counters with a one-two to the body. Nowak misses with a takedown attempt - Daniarov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nowak displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Daniarov throws out the jab. Nowak is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Daniarov throws a hook but Nowak blocks it. Nowak scores with a body shot.
Daniarov moves out of range of the body kick. Daniarov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nowak. Daniarov attempts a counter takedown but Nowak avoids it well and moves away. Nowak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Daniarov avoids it really well and circles away. Nurbek Daniarov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kuba Nowak. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nowak wants to clinch up but Daniarov keeps it at a distance. Daniarov feinted with a counter takedown.
Nowak closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Daniarov's guard.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacoby throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Napom counters with a thumping low kick. Jacoby cracks Napom with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Jab by Jacoby. It looks like Jean Luc Jacoby has been cut. Jacoby fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Jean Luc Jacoby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Napom throws a nice head kick!
Napom gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jacoby. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A telegraphed right hand from Jacoby misses the target. Jacoby throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Napom on the side of the head. Jacoby looks to land a combination. Napom sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Napom takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Napom misses with a takedown attempt and Jacoby connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jacoby throws a jab when Napom was well out of range. Napom throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jacoby's waist but Jacoby gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Napom off to one side. Jacoby throws out a loose jab but Napom uses good head movement to avoid it. A punch lands to the side of Napom 's head but he takes it in his stride. Jacoby scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Good standup being displayed there by Jacoby as he connects with a hook. Jacoby throws out a loose jab but Napom uses good head movement to avoid it. Napom takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Napom throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Napom tries to keep at a distance but Jacoby has taken the fight into the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Jacoby working hard to break the clinch. Napom throws an elbow but it misses.

Napom breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Napom tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jacoby cracks a nice hook into Napom's ribs. Jean Luc Jacoby is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Napom lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Jacoby lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like River Napom has been cut. Jacoby looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Jacoby connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Napom takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Napom. Jean Luc Jacoby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of River Napom. A slapping leg kick lands for Napom.
Napom drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Napom is rocked! Napom gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Jacoby gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amstel Gross! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gross throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Blair closes the distance but Gross moves to the side
and Gross counters with a nice double leg into side control. Blair won't be happy with that. Blair tries to improve position but can't. Gross working away. Blair regains half guard. Blair is refusing to be controlled, as Gross sits in half guard. Gross trying to control the pace. Blair is trying to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gross takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Blair makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Blair.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Gross engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Gross stopping the sweep attempt from Blair. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Blair is on top in guard.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee asks Blair politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Blair prefers to stall for the moment though. Gross wants to control but Blair postures up. Blair tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Gross is trying to improve his position. Blair has knee on belly and moves into mount. Gross sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Gross tries to roll over but Blair keeps him under control.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gross holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gross can do anything to dispel that myth. Blair wants to free his trapped foot but Gross is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Blair is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gross doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Blair. Blair content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Blair uses his free foot to push down on Gross's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gross. Blair seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Gross is holding on tight.
Gross is squirming around, avoiding Blair's attempts to control the action. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Blair controlling from mount. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eric Arthur Blair will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Gross has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad Amsterdam. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Blair is pressing down on Gross's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gross is holding on for now. Gross is looking for a sweep. Blair is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gross has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Blair is working away from the top position though.

Blair keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Gross is staying active underneath Blair, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Gross is looking to control Blair's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gross avoid being mounted?
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Blair misses with a few strikes there.
Gross closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Blair tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gross just stands there and leans against the cage. Gross postures up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Eric Arthur Blair will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Blair wants to sweep but Gross has passed to side control! Blair is trying to control Gross's posture but Gross avoids it. Gross is chipping away with strikes.
Gross trying to control the action but Blair is working from the bottom. Blair is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gross off and has taken his back! Gross staying busy and making it hard for Blair to control.

Montes has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A telegraphed right hand from Montes misses the target. Rumbalo connects with a body shot. No joy there for Rumbalo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Montes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rumbalo manages to avoid it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A slow jab from Rumbalo misses its intended target. Rumbalo on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. A jab from Rumbalo does it's job there. Rumbalo scores with a three punch combo!
Rumbalo misses with a straight right. Montes is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Oooooh!!! Montes has knocked Rumbalo down with a huge combo! Montes steps away and waves a wobbly Rumbalo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Ross Rumbalo has been cut. Montes fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Oh Rumbalo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Montes ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Rumbalo is breathing heavily. Montes throws an overhand right that lands on Rumbalo's shoulder, as Rumbalo tries to avoid the shot. Rumbalo seems to have got his legs back now. Montes goes for a small jab and connects. Now Montes goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Rumbalo stumbles back but Montes runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Rumbalo to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Rumbalo will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Yin. Those never looked like landing. Yin throws a series of punches but Sakkinen moves out of range. Cory Yin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sakkinen throws out a powerful jab. Sakkinen throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sakkinen listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Sakkinen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Sakkinen throws the left hand but Yin avoids the punch easily. Yin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Sakkinen drops his hands momentarily and Yin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Sakkinen scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Yin jabs Sakkinen to the body, keeping him at a distance. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sakkinen throws a hook but Yin avoids it easily. Yin moves out of range as Sakkinen strikes. Yin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Sakkinen misses the jab. Sakkinen connects with a body shot that sends Yin's belly button to the back. Sakkinen looks to land a combination but Yin avoids it well. The crowd cheers as Yin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sakkinen doesn't seem phased though. Sakkinen ducks right into an uppercut from Yin. Nice uppercut there from Yin. Sakkinen pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sakkinen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Yin on his heels. He'll look to pass Yin's guard now, I'm sure. Sakkinen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sakkinen keeps the fight on the outside. Yin slips a straight right by Sakkinen. Yin lands a nice shot that snaps Sakkinen's head back.

A low kick from Sakkinen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad.
