Draft closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Draft tightens his grip and picks Griffin up, before dumping him to the ground. Griffin manages to land in guard.
Draft passes Griffin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Griffin cracks Draft with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Griffin has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Draft to stand back up!
Woods Griffin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
