The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Martin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Macias swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Macias keeps the fight on the outside.
Macias defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Martin.
Macias closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Martin's guard.
Macias passes Martin's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Martin flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Macias is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
