Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nick Duffy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Roronoa Zoro! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Duffy. No joy for Zoro on that attempt. Zoro fails in his attempt to clinch.
Duffy feints and as Zoro raises his hands in defense, Duffy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Duffy controls from within his opponent's guard. Zoro working a defensive guard here.
Duffy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duffy sitting in guard here, content to control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Duffy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zoro swivels though and keeps the full guard. Zoro not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Zoro has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Duffy is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Zoro. Zoro regains half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zoro trying to control here.
Duffy is figuring out what he wants to do next.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Zoro trying to control from the bottom.
Zoro is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Duffy pulls his head out easily. Zoro trying to control from the bottom.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Zoro tries to score a power double leg takedown but Duffy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zoro somewhat.
Duffy decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Duffy controlling the action here. Duffy seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Zoro for as long as he can get away with.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Zoro is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Duffy is pressing down on Zoro's thigh, looking to free his foot. Zoro is holding on for now. Zoro moves into full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Zoro is on top in guard.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Zoro trying to control the position from guard on top but Duffy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Duffy seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Duffy looking for a sweep. Not yet Duffy, not yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duffy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Zoro is aware though and is defending well.
Zoro got a little sloppy there for a moment and Duffy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zoro has managed to get both his arms back between Duffy's legs - danger averted. Duffy wants to sweep here but Zoro controlling him for the moment. Duffy is trying to hold Zoro in close to prevent damage but Zoro has managed to pass into half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Duffy controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Duffy is looking to improve his position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Duffy dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Zoro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Duffy tries to avoid it but Zoro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Duffy to the ground. Duffy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Zoro fails with a takedown attempt.
Duffy shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Nick Duffy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Duffy wants to free his trapped foot but Zoro is holding on for dear life with his legs. Duffy is looking to pass Zoro's guard but actually Zoro recovers to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Duffy keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Duffy tries to pass the half guard into mount. Zoro knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Zoro is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Duffy looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Duffy takes a kick to the side of the head. No luck for Duffy with that takedown attempt. Zoro connects with a solid leg kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Duffy dives in and scores a takedown into Zoro's guard. Zoro looking to hit a scissor sweep but Duffy is one step ahead there. Duffy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Zoro throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Duffy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Zoro looking for a sweep. Not yet Zoro, not yet.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Duffy is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Zoro can do to turn this around?

That was a close second round but I would say that Nick Duffy will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Duffy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Zoro to the mat! Zoro manages to get full guard. Zoro is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Duffy is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Duffy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zoro wants to stand but Duffy is controlling the position.

Zoro can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Duffy controls the pace. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Duffy stops Zoro from standing up.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Duffy shoots for a double leg takedown but Zoro sprawls well. He's pushed Duffy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Zoro lands with a thumping leg kick.
Zoro wants to clinch up but Duffy keeps it at a distance.
Duffy bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Zoro struggling a bit here. Zoro is looking to regain half guard here but Duffy keeps moving and retains side control. Zoro takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Duffy happy to just control the position for now. Zoro regains half guard. Zoro wants to control but Duffy is keeping busy.
Duffy is controlling the pace.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Zoro is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Duffy's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Duffy's back! Zoro is not going to allow Duffy to sit and survive in this position. Zoro controlling well, preventing Duffy from escaping the position.
Despite being in a bad position, Duffy is controlling the hands, preventing any submission attempts.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Duffy is trying to break free.
Zoro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Duffy trying to control the position but Zoro manages to sink in the hooks. Zoro keeps control of the position as Duffy tries to break free.
Zoro is looking to control Duffy but Duffy is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Zoro is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

And that's the end of the fight! Roronoa Zoro comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Duffy has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
