Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaligiss Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Odom!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Odom scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jones doesn't seem bothered though.
Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Odom moves into range and clinches up with Jones.
Odom blocking some punches.
Odom working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
 It looks like Kaligiss Jones has been cut.
Jones is looking to break free of the clinch but Odom has double underhooks.
Jones tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Odom working Jones over with knees to the body.
Jones is breathing heavily.
The referee calls for Odom to work.
Odom lands a left hand.
Still in the clinch, Odom scores with a nice short uppercut.
Odom scores with a shot to the side of Jones's head.
Jones's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Odom.
Jones takes a knee to the side of the body.
A short uppercut from Odom.
Jones takes an elbow to the temple.
Odom presses Jones against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Odom makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
 Jones is rocked!
Kaligiss Jones's cut is getting worse.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Odom creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Jones's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Jones drops to his knees and Odom pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sam Odom!
