The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ubuntu moves forwards but Richard connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Ubuntu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Richard as he jumps to the side.
Ubuntu fails with a takedown attempt.
Richard scores with a jab to the jaw.
Ubuntu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Richard tries to avoid it but Ubuntu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Richard to the ground. Richard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stan Richard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mbala Ubuntu.
Ubuntu tries for a takedown but Richard sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
