Cavalli leaves Langhi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Langhi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cavalli avoids it really well and circles away.
Michael Langhi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Langhi crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cavalli - the referee stops the clock and Langhi gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cavalli. Langhi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roberto Cavalli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Langhi.
Cavalli rushes Langhi with punches - Langhi moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Langhi goes down! Cavalli follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
