Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Novi Osokoljen (ranked 3684 p4p, 389 weight class) and Raffaele Callegari (ranked 2957 p4p, 336 weight class). Callegari is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Made Of Hate - Bullet In Your Head. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raffaele Callegari!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osokoljen just misses with a punch to the body.
Callegari misses with a jab, cross combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Osokoljen. Callegari does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jab, jab by Callegari - just one landing.
Osokoljen misses with a few strikes there.
Osokoljen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Osokoljen's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Osokoljen duly obliges.
Osokoljen throws a combination that misses
and Callegari counters with a nice body shot.
Osokoljen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Osokoljen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Callegari was well out of range. Poor timing from Osokoljen.
Osokoljen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Callegari counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Novi Osokoljen has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Osokoljen takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Callegari bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Osokoljen tries to bum rush Callegari with a series of wild strikes but Callegari uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Callegari is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Osokoljen just misses with a punch to the body.
Novi Osokoljen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Osokoljen dodges the punch combination from Callegari.
Callegari rushes Osokoljen with punches - Osokoljen moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Osokoljen goes down! Callegari follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
