Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anevay Navajo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Navajo misses with a takedown attempt - Harrison sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A combination from Navajo does no damage.
Navajo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Harrison circles away quickly and effectively.
Navajo misses with a few strikes there.
Anevay Navajo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Navajo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Harrison slips a jab and a cross from Navajo.

Navajo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Harrison has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Harrison is taking a breather. Navajo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Let's hope that Harrison has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Despite being in the dominant position, George Harrison just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

I looks like Harrison might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Harrison takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Harrison looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Navajo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Harrison closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Navajo to the mat! Navajo manages to get full guard.
Navajo thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Navajo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Navajo is looking to take a break and control but Harrison is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Harrison has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Navajo is working away from the top position though.

Navajo is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Harrison rolls with it to try and escape but Navajo cranks on the arm and Harrison is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
