Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Reinhard Heydrich (ranked 2036 p4p, 245 weight class) and Steel Penn (ranked 4115 p4p, 411 weight class). Heydrich kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Blonde Beast. Reinhard Heydrich has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

38 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Steel Penn!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Penn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Heydrich throws a big counter combination but Penn scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Penn misses with a leg kick
and Heydrich counters with a nice body kick.
Heydrich lands a lovely overhand right.
Penn tries to land a front kick but Heydrich steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Penn clips Heydrich with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Heydrich a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Heydrich avoids the body shot from Penn.
Heydrich connects with the punch.
Heydrich takes a swing at Penn's ribcage but misses.
Heydrich throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
A punch combination from Heydrich misses.
Heydrich is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Heydrich throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Heydrich pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Penn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Heydrich misses with a jab, cross combination.
Penn tries a quick counter leg kick but Heydrich is wise to it.
Penn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Penn on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Heydrich connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Penn momentarily.
Heydrich ducks under a wild hook from Penn.
Penn throws a head kick that misses
and Heydrich counters with a left to the body.
Penn tries to move into range but Heydrich moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Heydrich goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Heydrich throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Penn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
An attempted straight right counter from Heydrich misses the target.
Heydrich swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Heydrich jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Heydrich is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Nice uppercut there from Penn.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Heydrich loads up on a big right hand but Penn slips the punch.
A nice side step and Penn releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Heydrich missing with a left hand there. Penn was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
The fighters circling - Heydrich throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice shot lands for Heydrich.
Penn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Heydrich darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Heydrich dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Penn misses with a series of wild punches.
Penn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Heydrich.
Heydrich scores with a decent looking hook.
Heydrich throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Penn on the side of the head.
Heydrich misses with a lunging right hand
and Penn counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Heydrich is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Penn.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Heydrich wants to clinch up but Penn keeps it at a distance.
Despite the aggression on Penn's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Penn displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Heydrich throws out the jab.
Heydrich takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Penn connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Heydrich's hands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Having scored a knockdown, Steel Penn should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Heydrich is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Penn.
A nice combination there by Heydrich.
Penn tries a head kick but it misses.
Penn with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Reinhard Heydrich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn throws a sloppy head kick and Heydrich moves out of range easily.
Heydrich throws a head kick that Penn semi-blocks.
Penn is rocked!
A head kick by Penn misses
and Heydrich counters with a big uppercut that nearly lifts Penn off his feet! Penn crashes to the mat in all kinds of trouble! The referee starts the count but I'm not sure it's necessary - Penn isn't going to make it! The count reaches 10 and this fight is all over! Heydrich screams and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmmm spit, everywhere. Lovely.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Reinhard Heydrich!
