Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Polliisi Partio (ranked 246 p4p, 35 weight class) and Jackson Spinks (ranked 383 p4p, 56 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Partio dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Spinks moves out of range as Partio throws a body kick.
Spinks throws a nice inside leg kick.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Spinks has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A slow jab from Spinks misses its intended target.
Spinks loads up on a big right hand but Partio slips the punch.
Partio misses with a hook. Spinks ducked under it nicely.
Spinks on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

We've been told by Partio's head coaches at FF Forever that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Partio's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Spinks connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Partio scrambles back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Partio is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Spinks frees his head nicely. Oh but Partio has switched to an armbar! Spinks is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Polliisi Partio tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
