The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hooker throws a looping overhand right but Smokebandit ducks down to avoid it.
Smokebandit is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Smokebandit takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Smokebandit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hooker moves away.
Smokebandit looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hooker swings for the body but Smokebandit moves out of range.
Hooker throws a looping overhand right but Smokebandit ducks down to avoid it.
Nice body punch from Hooker.

Smokebandit closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Smokebandit gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hooker regains guard.

Hooker has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Smokebandit doesn't defend quickly enough and Hooker has managed to lock this one up! Can Smokebandit escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hooker on a fantastic submission victory.
