Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olivier Bouleau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Lanier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lanier is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Trapt-Headstrong. Gary Lanier is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lanier tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bouleau fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Bouleau shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lanier as he avoids it easily.
Good leg kick by Bouleau there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
No luck for Bouleau with that takedown attempt.

Bouleau takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Lanier lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bouleau circles away quickly and effectively.
Lanier scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Bouleau manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lanier manages to get himself to full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Gary Lanier comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lanier has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
