PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Al Ghouti (ranked 3087 p4p, 316 weight class) and Kree P Krawlee (ranked 2198 p4p, 237 weight class). Ghouti comes into the arena with DAM - JASADIK-HOM blaring out of the sound system. Krawlee has chosen Sail as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krawlee has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Krawlee has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ghouti is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Krawlee.

After the fight, Al Ghouti was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
