The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ter swinging wildly here.
Schrijber half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Phy Ter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ter misses with a combination

and Schrijber holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Ter has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Schrijber breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ter misses with a few strikes there.
Ter throws a right and a left that Schrijber avoids nicely.

Schrijber gets the takedown into side control.
Ter is looking to get back to his feet here but Schrijber is keeping cool and he's managed to take Ter's back.
Ter is trying to stand back up.
Schrijber controlling the position well here. Ter rolled but Schrijber kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schrijber is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Ter has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Schrijber keeps control of the position easily here as Ter tries to buck him off.
Ter trying to get back to his feet but Schrijber is in full control for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Schrijber looking to break Ter's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Ter remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Schrijber will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Ter is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Schrijber trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Ter doesn't escape.
Schrijber has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Schrijber is cranking Ter's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Ter! He's tightened the choke and Ter is tapping out!
