The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darvulia swings for the body but Reaves moves out of range.
Darvulia throws a right and a left that both miss.
Reaves has a takedown stuffed.
Reaves cracks Darvulia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Darvulia clinches.
Reaves is looking to take this one to the mat.
Darvulia lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Reaves is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Darvulia pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Donat Darvulia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Edith Reaves.

Reaves has picked Darvulia up - he's going for a ride! Reaves dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Reaves prevents Darvulia from improving his position.
Darvulia moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Reaves wants to lay and pray for a moment but Darvulia keeps working.
