Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kasey McRobbie (ranked 6427 p4p, 514 weight class) and Dan Daniels (ranked 3865 p4p, 408 weight class). Dan Daniels will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Kasey McRobbie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dan Daniels! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Darius Henderson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McRobbie closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Daniels sizes up McRobbie with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. McRobbie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Daniels throws a series of strikes that have McRobbie backpedaling.
Daniels throws a nice looking combination but McRobbie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Daniels thuds his right hand into McRobbie's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Daniels darts in and out, connecting with a jab. McRobbie is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
McRobbie is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Daniels clinches. McRobbie swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Daniels lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of McRobbie backwards. Daniels avoids a wild elbow strike from McRobbie. Still in the clinch, Daniels scores with a nice short uppercut. McRobbie has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Daniels is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Daniels blocks an elbow strike from McRobbie.
McRobbie creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Daniels blocks an elbow strike from McRobbie.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daniels manages to break the clinch.
McRobbie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Daniels slips under a jab. McRobbie clinches up against the cage. McRobbie throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

McRobbie doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. McRobbie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daniels manages to avoid it. A cross from Daniels lands. McRobbie throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Daniels counters with a stiff right hand. McRobbie stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Daniels's coach down at The Kegerator - 650$ was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Daniels's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Daniels lands a jab to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Daniels lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - McRobbie can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Daniels and McRobbie drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Daniels.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Daniels! A relieved looking Dan Daniels thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
