Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kazuyoshi Okasawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Proctor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Proctor comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Inside The Fire kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kazuyoshi Okasawa ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikey Proctor! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.

Okasawa scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Proctor tries to get to full guard but Okasawa has control of the leg. Okasawa wants to free his trapped foot but Proctor is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Proctor actively working from the bottom here. Proctor is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Proctor is looking to control Okasawa 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Proctor avoid being mounted? Proctor wants to improve his position but Okasawa is controlling well.

Okasawa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Proctor is trying to get back to half guard.
Okasawa wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Proctor, who protects the arm well.

Okasawa goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Proctor has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Okasawa but great work by Proctor. Okasawa is breathing heavily. Okasawa is looking for a sweep. Proctor advances to full mount. Okasawa wants to control but Proctor is having none of it. Proctor content just to control the position here.
Proctor is working for a guillotine from mount but Okasawa frees his head quite easily.

Proctor looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Okasawa tries to reverse the position but Proctor maintains control. Okasawa is working hard here to advance position. Proctor wants to take Okasawa 's back but he can't do it this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Okasawa working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kazuyoshi Okasawa dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Proctor drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Okasawa wants to control but Proctor postures up.
Proctor tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Proctor has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Okasawa looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Proctor is looking to take a break and control but Okasawa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Okasawa is looking for a triangle but Proctor pushes his legs off easily.
Proctor drops back looking for a leg! Okasawa is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Okasawa manages to kick Proctor off! Proctor jumps back into Okasawa 's guard. Okasawa keeping moving, preventing Proctor from controlling successfully.

Okasawa isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Proctor stacks Okasawa on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Proctor! Okasawa tries to buck Proctor off but Proctor is having none of it. Okasawa is not content to let Proctor control the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Okasawa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Proctor wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mikey Proctor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Proctor moves into the clinch. Proctor has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Okasawa avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Okasawa has gone for a leg lock! Proctor slips out almost immediately though and dives into Okasawa 's guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Okasawa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Proctor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Okasawa has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Proctor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Proctor passes Okasawa 's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Proctor is working for a kimura but Okasawa is defending it quite comfortably.
Okasawa wants to sweep but Proctor has passed to side control! You can see the frustration on Okasawa 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Proctor with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Okasawa wants to control but Proctor is having none of it. Proctor controlling the position easily from mount.

Proctor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Okasawa looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Okasawa is trying to stand back up.
Proctor has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Okasawa has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Okasawa drops back looking for a leg! Proctor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Proctor manages to kick Okasawa off! Okasawa jumps back into Proctor's guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Okasawa trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
And that's the end of the fight! Mikey Proctor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Proctor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
