Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ruslan Danilov (ranked 1473 p4p, 187 weight class) and Robert Reyvolt (ranked 3001 p4p, 343 weight class). Ruslan Danilov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Reyvolt!

Danilov throws a head kick that misses

and Reyvolt counters with a shoot takedown. Danilov fights it but they end up in guard.

Danilov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reyvolt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reyvolt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Danilov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ruslan Danilov.
Well Danilov has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
