Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between John McCain (ranked 1548 p4p, 170 weight class) and Sebastian Shot (ranked 3040 p4p, 274 weight class). McCain comes to the ring accompanied by Anywhere I Go. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; John McCain! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 7 losses; Sebastian Shot!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.

McCain shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Shot's guard.

McCain tries to free his leg and advance position but Shot is retaining full guard.

McCain has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

McCain is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Shot has managed to escape the submission attempt.
McCain wants to take his opponent's back but instead Shot manages to regain half guard.
Shot wants to improve his position but McCain is controlling well.
McCain is keen to just control but Shot is a slippery customer.
McCain passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Shot!

Shot is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, McCain has taken his back.

Shot trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Shot is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get McCain off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

McCain is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Shot is defending well though. McCain let's go of the attempt for now.

We've been informed that Shot has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

McCain is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Shot has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

McCain is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Shot defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

McCain is looking for the choke from the back position but Shot is controlling his hands well.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

McCain has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Shot is in real trouble here. McCain gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Shot is tapping out! McCain wins by rear naked choke!
