And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason Stackhouse !
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stackhouse rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cole counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Stackhouse has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Stackhouse throws a right hand that misses
and Stackhouse takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Cole slips a jab from Stackhouse .
Stackhouse lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Cole counters with a left to the body.
Stackhouse will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cole looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Stackhouse throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cole works the jab nicely.

Jason Stackhouse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cole misses with a hook.
Stackhouse doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stackhouse . Cole does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cole lands a glancing blow to the side of Stackhouse 's head.

Cole throws a nice looking combination but Stackhouse bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Cole counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looked like Cole wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

A little feinted left hand from Cole on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Cole ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stackhouse moves away.
Cole is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Stackhouse looks to land a combination but Cole avoids it well.

Cole moves away from the strike by Stackhouse .
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stackhouse lands a lovely overhand right.
Stackhouse scores with a nice strike.
Cole takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Stackhouse connects with a looping right hand.


Cole is rocked!
Stackhouse throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Oh Cole is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A jab from Stackhouse misses.
Cole throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stackhouse sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cole looks to land a right hand but Stackhouse moved out of range.
Cole walks straight into a right hand from Stackhouse - that's dropped him! Stackhouse jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cole from any more punishment! Cole complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jason Stackhouse !
Jason Stackhouse tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
