Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Genie Lamp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floppy Judo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Floppy Judo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Genie Lamp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floppy Judo! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lamp lands a nice looking body shot.
Lamp closes the distance and clinches. Judo wants a takedown.
Lamp breaks from the clinch.
Lamp scores a takedown into full mount! Lamp controlling from mount. Judo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lamp sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lamp is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Lamp looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Judo! Lamp controlling his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lamp lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Judo tries to hold on but Lamp pushes him away. Lamp controlling the pace for now. Judo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Lamp looking to control and managing it successfully. Lamp postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Judo looks a forlorn figure.
Judo manages to regain half guard. Good work. Lamp not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lamp tries to pass the half guard into mount. Judo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Nice strikes from Lamp there. Lamp content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Judo landing rabbit punches to the side of Lamp's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points. Judo looks gassed! Judo trying to control but Lamp postures up.
Judo looking for submissions off his back. Judo tries to roll over but Lamp keeps him under control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nice strikes from Lamp there. Lamp perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lamp tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Lamp is trying to work for a kimura but Judo is defending well.
Lamp is taking a breather. Judo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Judo makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Judo. Lamp stands and steps away. Judo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Lamp throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Judo's waist but Judo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lamp off to one side. Judo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Lamp utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Lamp is looking for a triangle but Judo pushes his legs off easily.
Lamp is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Judo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lamp is working for a submission of some sort.
Lamp looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lamp is trying to control the action in half guard but Judo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lamp not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Judo wants to improve his position but Lamp is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Genie Lamp dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Judo looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Lamp! Lamp keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Judo has control of Lamp's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lamp regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Lamp is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Judo swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Lamp is now in Judo's guard. A big mistake from Judo there, giving up the dominant position! Lamp decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Judo is breathing heavily. Judo clinches but Lamp breaks the clinch and Lamp cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lamp gets a takedown into half guard. Lamp is pressing down on Judo's thigh, looking to free his foot. Judo is holding on for now. Lamp looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Genie Lamp overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lamp uses his free foot to push down on Judo's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Judo. Lamp controlling the pace for now. Lamp wants to control the pace but Judo is squirming around nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lamp controlling the pace for now. Lamp looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Judo is looking to improve his position but Lamp isn't that keen on the idea. Lamp sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lamp is in the full mount, landing strikes.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Genie Lamp just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Judo tries to clinch but fails miserably and Lamp counters with a shoot takedown. Judo fights it but they end up in guard.
Judo is rocked! Lamp content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Judo is still in real trouble! Can Lamp finish him? Lamp stands up from Judo's guard - Lamp perhaps looking for a knockout. Lamp gets a big slam - oh, Judo is out! Judo is out! That's a nasty KO!
