Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sub Machine! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machine looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Machine trying to control but John is working from the bottom. John knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machine on the ground. Machine wants to pass the guard but John is keeping the position. John looking to hit a scissor sweep but Machine is one step ahead there. Machine drops back looking for a leg! John is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and John manages to kick Machine off! Machine jumps back into John's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. John is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Machine wants to control from the top but John keeps moving. Machine is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. John looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Machine is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. John keeping moving, preventing Machine from controlling successfully.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Machine drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. John is breathing heavily. Machine working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Machine is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but John is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Machine wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by John, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machine is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt John will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. John wants to get back to his feet but Machine drags him back down. Machine tries for a kimura but John is defending well. Machine is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, John has escaped the position, nice work there. Machine is trying to get an arm triangle but John is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Machine is trying to get an arm triangle but John is defending well. Machine thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Machine wants to lay and pray for a moment but John keeps working. John gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! John defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Machine. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sub Machine dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Machine changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. John looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Machine has knee on belly and moves into mount. Machine has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! John is forced to tap!
