The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takenaka shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stank's guard.
Takenaka pushing down on Stank's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Takenaka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stank defends it well.
Takenaka content to control rather than advance.
Takenaka maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Stank could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Takenaka has cracked it and Stank is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Takenaka!
