Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Shklyarskiy (ranked 6364 p4p, 400 weight class) and Bartlomiej Jan (ranked 6327 p4p, 395 weight class). Jan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WJFjXtHcy4 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shklyarskiy throws a series of punches but Jan moves out of range.
Shklyarskiy connects with the punch.
Shklyarskiy misses with a straight left.
Jan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Shklyarskiy napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Shklyarskiy prevents Jan from improving position.
Jan is working to tighten his grip on Shklyarskiy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Shklyarskiy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jan is really squeezing tight and eventually Shklyarskiy passes out! Jan breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
