I think Mabini might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Noypi by Bamboo. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Severini throws a good cross that connects.

Mabini tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Severini paws at him with a jab and circles away.

A relieved looking Dom Severini thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Apolinario Mabini stepped up to the mic, saying 'A man can be destroyed but not defeated... I will pickup the pieces that I learned today and will grow from it.'.
