The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harel stuffs the takedown attempt from Surge. Surge gets slowly back to his feet.
Harel shoots in looking for a takedown but Surge manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Harel throws a head kick but Surge moves out of range.

Harel throws a hook to the side of Surge's head but Surge sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Surge has his foot on Harel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Harel works his way back into a safe position though.
