Savas comes to the cage accompanied by Seven Nation Army. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
carwin tries to close the distance and clinch but Savas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Savas keeps control of carwin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

carwin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Savas closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
carwin wants to control but Savas is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Savas wants to stand up but carwin is controlling the position.

carwin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Savas!
Savas tries to hold on but carwin postures up.
Savas is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because carwin is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

carwin is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Savas is forced to tap! Great finish!
