The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith moves into the clinch successfully.
Edwards blocks an elbow strike.
Edwards tries to pull guard but Smith holds him up against the cage and eventually Edwards drops back down to his feet.
Edwards tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Smith smiles and moves away.
Smith clinches up against the cage.
Edwards gets control of Smith's arms and successfully pulls guard. Edwards will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Edwards is looking for a triangle but Smith pushes his legs off easily.
Smith is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Edwards has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Smith is looking to defend but Edwards has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Smith! Edwards pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Smith taps out and this one is all over!
