Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jedi Rebel (ranked 4474 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Rogger (ranked 4415 p4p, 418 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogger shoots in looking for a takedown. Rebel tries to sprawl out of it but Rogger keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rebel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rogger fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rebel avoids it really well and circles away.
Rogger fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Jedi Rebel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Rogger.
Rebel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rogger.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rebel lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
It looks like Kyle Rogger has been cut.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Rebel lands a nice short elbow.
Rebel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Rogger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rebel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rebel looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rogger with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The cut above Kyle Rogger's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Rebel has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Rogger is still in real trouble! Can Rebel finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rebel is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rogger can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Kyle Rogger's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kyle Rogger's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
