Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Konor McGregorson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azor Ahai! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and .
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregorson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Ahai lands a two punch combo.
McGregorson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ahai wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. McGregorson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ahai. Ahai lands a straight punch to the body, keeping McGregorson at a distance.
McGregorson has his takedown stuffed and Ahai counters with a nice uppercut. A nice combination there by Ahai.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McGregorson tries for a takedown but Ahai circles away easily and Ahai connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Azor Ahai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ahai drops McGregorson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but McGregorson looks back up at him and smiles so Ahai waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ahai is looking to slow McGregorson down with leg kicks. Ahai turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. McGregorson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
 That's one minute gone in the round. McGregorson misses with a takedown attempt letting Ahai counter with a right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Konor McGregorson. That's going to take a lot out of him. McGregorson is breathing heavily.
Ahai cracks McGregorson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! McGregorson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Ahai finish him?

McGregorson is rocked! Ahai dances in with a quick combination. McGregorson is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Ahai snaps McGregorson's head back. McGregorson stumbles backwards against the cage. Ahai steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with McGregorson's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. McGregorson just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Azor Ahai!
