Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Louis Princip (ranked 232 p4p, 30 weight class) and Radio Active (ranked 360 p4p, 45 weight class). Princip's entrance music is Lord of This World by Black Sabbath. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Active's choice of entrance music: For Heavy Metal we will die!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Princip scores with a decent looking hook.
Active scores with a jab to the jaw.
Princip ducks under a wild hook from Active.
Active throws a lazy right hand but Princip sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
It looked like Princip wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Princip closes the distance and pushes Active back into the cage.
Active swings wildly with an uppercut but Princip uses good head movement to avoid it.
Princip tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Princip misses with a short punch on the inside.

Active pushes Princip back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

We've been informed that Active has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Active wants to lay and pray for a moment but Princip keeps working.

Active swings around for an armbar but Princip sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Active's guard.
Active is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Active takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Active gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Princip.
Princip works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Princip lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Active at a distance.
Active looks to throw the jab but Princip is out of range.
Active takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Princip is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Active feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Active is standing up over Princip. Princip looks to escape but Active dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Princip dodges the ground and pound from Active.
Active has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Active creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Princip sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Radio Active is the new lightweight champion!
After the fight, Radio Active was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Louis Princip stepped up to the mic, saying 'Oh no, I lost! I'm not gonna get cut am I?'.
