Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tong Man Chung (ranked 2801 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgardo Flores (ranked 4063 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Tong Man Chung is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tong Man Chung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Edgardo Flores!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chung takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Tong Man Chung has been cut.
Flores looks winded!
Flores misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Flores throws a head kick but Chung moves out of range.
Flores gets tackled into the cage by Chung. Chung maintains the clinch.
Chung changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Flores fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Danga de danga de dang - Chung scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Edgardo Flores has been cut.
Flores stuffs the takedown.
Chung moves into the clinch successfully.
Flores can't break the clinch.
Flores is looking to break free of the clinch but Chung has double underhooks.
Chung has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Flores regains guard immediately.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Chung lands a couple of digs.
Chung sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chung has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Chung decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Flores, up you get!
Flores misses with a few strikes there.
Chung scores with a three punch combo!
Flores misses with a jab, cross combination.
Chung tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Flores manages to circle out of the way.
Flores tries to keep at a distance but Chung has taken the fight into the clinch.
Flores is trying to break the clinch but Chung has him pressed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chung drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Flores gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tong Man Chung. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Flores is fighting off a takedown attempt but Chung is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Flores to the mat. Flores regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Chung slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Chung lands a couple of elbows.
Chung drops back looking for a leg! Flores is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Flores manages to kick Chung off! Chung jumps back into Flores's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Flores wants to stand but Chung is controlling the position.
Flores can't keep his opponent in guard - Chung advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Chung seems to be working for a kimura but Flores defends the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chung passes to full mount!
Chung is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Chung misses with a low kick.
Chung throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Flores tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Chung gets a clinch.
Chung pulls guard.
Chung has a closed guard, preventing Flores from standing up.
Chung managing to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Chung pushes a forearm under Flores's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Flores is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tong Man Chung!
