Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Dock Ellis (ranked 766 p4p, 98 weight class) and Dick Doss (ranked 25107 p4p, 544 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dock Ellis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
30 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Dick Doss!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellis misses with a right hand
and Ellis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dock Ellis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A shot to the liver by Ellis. Beautiful body shot.
Doss has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ellis slips under a jab from Doss.
Doss looks to land a right hand but Ellis moved out of range.
Ellis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ellis lands with a nice body punch.
Doss throws a leg kick which misses Ellis's front leg but catches the back leg as Ellis tries to avoid it.
Ellis fails in his attempt to clinch.
Decent striking displayed by Ellis there.
Doss with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ellis to score with a decent uppercut.
Doss throws an overhand right that lands on Ellis's shoulder, as Ellis tries to avoid the shot.
Doss walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Ellis tries to bum rush Doss with a series of wild strikes but Doss uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Doss is looking to chop away at Ellis's legs.
Doss uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ellis.
Doss takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Ellis lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ellis throws a predictable looking body shot
and Doss counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ellis is rocked!
Ellis is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Doss doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Ellis crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Ellis's bad books for that mishap!
