Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alexis Bruhn (ranked 7556 p4p, 271 weight class) and Michal Jura (ranked 4549 p4p, 209 weight class). Alexis Bruhn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michal Jura's chin.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruhn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jura but Jura pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jura scores with a hook.

Jura clinches.
Bruhn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jura pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jura misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bruhn.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jura.

Jura tries to sprawl but Bruhn drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bruhn is keen to just control but Jura is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close second round but I would say that Alexis Bruhn will probably get the nod.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bruhn's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Jura stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jura wants it to stay on the feet.
Bruhn fails with the takedown.
Jura unleashes a big counter combination but Bruhn bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bruhn avoids the head kick by Jura.
Jura stalks Bruhn and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bruhn's face. Bruhn staggers backwards, shaken.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alexis Bruhn.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bruhn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
