Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Hussey (ranked 24254 p4p, 0 weight class) and Namkabuan Nongkee Sittichuchai (ranked 4276 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sittichuchai tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hussey swivels and escapes.
Hussey shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sittichuchai defends it nicely.
Sittichuchai tries for a takedown but Hussey circles away easily
and Hussey counters with a single leg into guard. Sittichuchai didn't expect that.
Sittichuchai is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hussey would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sittichuchai can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hussey controls the pace.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Hussey connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Sittichuchai lands with a kick to the temple. Hussey shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Hussey shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sittichuchai throws a sloppy head kick and Hussey moves out of range easily.

Hussey ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hussey no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hussey is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Hussey's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Sittichuchai wants to control from the top but Hussey keeps moving.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Hussey is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sittichuchai can do to turn this around?
Hussey is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Hussey tries to clinch up but Sittichuchai circles away and keeps his distance.
Hussey stuffs the takedown attempt from Sittichuchai. Sittichuchai gets slowly back to his feet.

Sittichuchai scores with a one two! Hussey had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Hussey manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sittichuchai on his heels. He'll look to pass Sittichuchai's guard now, I'm sure.

Sittichuchai tries to close the distance and clinch but Hussey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hussey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sittichuchai tries to avoid it but Hussey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sittichuchai to the ground. Sittichuchai escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hussey wants to clinch up but Sittichuchai keeps it at a distance.

Hussey has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Sittichuchai doesn't defend quickly enough and Hussey has managed to lock this one up! Can Sittichuchai escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hussey on a fantastic submission victory.
