Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Adesanya (ranked 4115 p4p, 443 weight class) and Alex Lifeson (ranked 4356 p4p, 461 weight class). Adesanya's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Scarface intro Theme. Lifeson has chosen Xanadu by Rush as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adesanya dips to his left and cracks Lifeson with an uppercut!
Lifeson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Adesanya tries to avoid it but Lifeson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Adesanya to the ground. Adesanya escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Adesanya lands a nice hook to Lifeson's body. Lifeson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Adesanya looks to land a combination but Lifeson avoids it well.
A right-left combo lands from Adesanya.

Lifeson tries to close the distance and clinch but Adesanya swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
