Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucien Lachance (ranked 2444 p4p, 302 weight class) and Osloso Bizihwaeile (ranked 2419 p4p, 298 weight class). Lachance comes into the arena with Scarecrow blaring out of the sound system. Bizihwaeile has chosen At the Top as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bizihwaeile uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lachance.
Lachance misses with a body shot
and Bizihwaeile counters with a takedown into side control.
Bizihwaeile in side control, throwing shots but Lachance defends.
Lachance is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bizihwaeile's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Lachance has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Bizihwaeile. Oh but Lachance has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Bizihwaeile goes limp - he's gone! Lachance jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
