Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luciano Piccio (ranked 25014 p4p, 537 weight class) and Randy Marsh (ranked 25300 p4p, 529 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Randy Marsh enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randy Marsh!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piccio displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Marsh.
A head kick by Marsh misses
so Piccio counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Piccio postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Marsh preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Piccio distracts Marsh with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Piccio slips nicely into half guard.
Piccio tries to stand and escape but Marsh is controlling the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marsh looking for submissions off his back.
Marsh is trying to stand back up but Piccio is controlling him
Piccio tries to stand but can't do so whilst Marsh controls his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Piccio landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Piccio wants to stand up but Marsh manages to regain full guard.
Marsh has momentary wrist control but Piccio slips an elbow through the middle.
Piccio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marsh on the ground.
Piccio controls from within his opponent's guard.
Marsh is trying to control the position but Piccio postures up.
Marsh avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Piccio lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Piccio keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Marsh's head.
Marsh tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Piccio landing some decent shots from guard.

Piccio lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Piccio stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Marsh tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Piccio swivels and escapes.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Piccio.
Marsh goes for a double leg but Piccio avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Piccio continues to drive forward.
Piccio seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Luciano Piccio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Marsh.
Piccio lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Marsh backs up against the cage.
Piccio decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Piccio lands a nice short elbow.
Piccio stands up and beckons Marsh to join him on the feet.
Marsh wants to clinch but Piccio slips to the side
and Piccio counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Piccio working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Marsh trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Piccio lands a couple of digs.
Piccio is posturing up here but Marsh has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Piccio tries to roll out but it's too tight and Piccio has to tap! Slick submission there by Marsh!
